Most Fequently Asked Questions, we are asked. From billing to operational functionality
Funny Monitors uses Stripe to process payments securely. The payment methods currently available to you will be displayed during checkout. Funny Monitors does not store complete payment-card numbers on its servers.
The applicable currency and total charge are displayed during checkout and on your invoice. Your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate, foreign-transaction fee, or other charge; those third-party charges are outside Funny Monitors’ control.
Your first invoice is issued when you start a paid subscription. It is calculated on a pro-rata basis from your subscription start date through the final day of that calendar month.
The first invoice covers only the remaining days in the calendar month, so it is prorated. Full-price billing begins on the first day of the following month.
Beginning on the first day of the month after signup, you will be billed the full applicable price according to your selected monthly or annual billing interval.
Yes. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing interval until you cancel successfully. You authorize Funny Monitors and Stripe to charge the payment method on file for the applicable subscription, add-ons, usage charges, and taxes.
Where shown during checkout, you may choose monthly or annual subscription billing. The selected interval, price, and renewal terms will be displayed before you complete the purchase.
Invoices are available in the **Billing** area of your Funny Monitors account. They are not provided through Stripe’s billing area. If you cannot locate an invoice, contact [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
Use the billing or subscription-management area in your account. Payment details are handled through Stripe. If the option is unavailable or you cannot access the account, contact [email protected].
A payment may be declined because of insufficient funds, an expired or replaced card, incorrect billing information, card restrictions, fraud controls, authentication requirements, or a decision by your bank. Check the payment details and contact your bank first. If the problem continues, contact Funny Monitors support.
Funny Monitors or Stripe may retry the payment. Paid features may be limited, suspended, or terminated if payment remains overdue. You remain responsible for valid charges already incurred and should update your billing information promptly.
The checkout and invoice will show whether any applicable taxes are included or added. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your purchase, except taxes based on Funny Monitors’ net income.
Email [email protected] before starting a chargeback. Include your account email, invoice or transaction number, charge date, amount, and a short explanation. Never send a complete card number or security code.
Funny Monitors will investigate a suspected technical billing error. If Funny Monitors or Stripe confirms that the same transaction was processed incorrectly, the error will be corrected as required by law. This is treated as correction of a billing error, not a discretionary refund.
Yes. An upgrade may take effect immediately, and a prorated charge may apply for the remainder of the current billing period. Upgrade charges are final and non-refundable.

No. There is no refund, prorated refund, account credit, transfer, or other compensation for the price difference or unused higher-tier entitlement during the remainder of the existing billing period, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Add-ons are optional bundles that may contain voice-call credits, SMS credits, and a stated number of notification seats or other capacity. The exact bundle contents and price are shown when you purchase the add-on.
All add-ons are billed monthly, even when your main subscription is billed annually. Add-on charges are separate from the main subscription and renew monthly until cancelled.
Yes. Cancelling an individual add-on stops its next monthly renewal and does not delete your main account. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, the add-on is removed immediately.
Cancelling the main subscription immediately ends the account and all associated add-ons. Unused add-on credits, notification seats, capacity, and remaining time are forfeited without refund or transfer.
No. Unused voice-call credits, SMS credits, notification seats, capacity, and other add-on entitlements have no cash value. They cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or applied to another purchase.
No. Unused add-on credits, notification seats, capacity, or other entitlements are not refunded, transferred, or applied against a new add-on, upgrade, renewal, or plan purchase.
Yes. Team members are free and unlimited across all Funny Monitors plans. There is no additional charge or plan limit for team members.
No. Team-member access is free and unlimited. Notification seats or capacity supplied through an add-on are separate entitlements used for the relevant notification functionality.
All sales are final. Funny Monitors does not offer voluntary full, partial, or prorated refunds, cash credits, or refunds for unused subscription time, credits, notification seats, capacity, monitors, or Services. The full policy is available in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
No. A change of mind, buyer’s remorse, choosing the wrong plan, failing to cancel before billing, or no longer needing the Services does not qualify for a voluntary refund.
No. Inactivity, underuse, failure to configure the Services, or account abandonment does not create a refund or credit entitlement.
No. Cancelling an annual subscription immediately ends access. Unused days or months remaining in the annual period are forfeited without a refund, prorated refund, credit, extension, transfer, or compensation, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Funny Monitors does not ordinarily provide refunds or cash compensation for outages, maintenance, degraded performance, false positives, false negatives, missed incidents, delayed monitoring, notification failures, third-party problems, or discontinued features. A signed service-level agreement or mandatory law may provide a specific remedy.
